We will gather at our Deli, near the picturesque Lighthouse, where you will also enjoy a guided tour of our farm and winery. Once the tour is complete, we will move to our beautiful terrace with an unparalleled Caldera view, and there, amidst the stunning scenery, we will cook together!
During the class, you will learn how to prepare five traditional Santorinian dishes using the season's finest products. The menu includes favorites such as TZATZIKI, TOMATO KEFTEDES, FAVA, and a refreshing SANTORINIAN SALAD. For the main course, you can choose from DOLMADAKIA, savory MEATBALLS, or the delightful COD FISH WITH POTATOES. Each dish is a reflection of the rich culinary heritage of Santorini, crafted with love and expertise.
After all the cooking, you will have the pleasure of enjoying the meal you’ve prepared on our spectacular terrace. Relish every bite at your own pace, while sipping on our exquisite wine and concluding your meal with a delightful sweet dessert. The class lasts for a fulfilling 3 hours, providing you ample time to savor the experience and enjoy the serene ambiance of our terrace while dining.
